Money Back Policy
Welcome to the refund policy ("Refund Policy") of Treesheart skin shop Private Limited, also known as “TreeHeart”. This document should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service available on our platform (“Terms”). Any terms used but not defined here will carry the same meanings as those detailed in our Terms.
- Qualification Criteria for refunds.
- For a refund request under this Refund Policy to be considered, you must meet ALL the following conditions:
- A refund request must be placed within 30 (thirty) days after an order is made during the 5th or 8th month of the treatment plan.
- It’s essential that you have adhered strictly to the complete plan tailored for you after your skin and hair test on our platform. This includes following all recommended guidelines, plans, and diet plans, as well as the dosage and other instructions given by our medical team and communicated through various means.
- You need to have consistently followed the treatment and purchased the full kits for five consecutive months within a six-month frame (Order numbers and purchase dates will be verified to confirm eligibility).
- Refunds are only valid for products bought directly from TreeHeart skin shop pvt.ltd during the treatment period. Eligibility for refunds will be determined by cross-checking with your previous orders.
- You are required to provide clear, unfiltered, non-oily, and flash-free scalp images monthly from the start of your treatment.
- If the outlined results in the following table aren’t met after completing the treatment (either 5 or 8 months, depending on your treatment plan), you may be eligible for a refund.
- Please refer to the following table for detailed eligibility based on your hair loss type and stage.

- This policy explicitly states that a refund under this Refund Policy is only possible if all the above criteria are met.
- Exceptions:
You will not be eligible for a refund under this Refund Policy if you have or had any of the following pre-existing health conditions, or if you are diagnosed with them during the treatment:
- Alopecia Areata
- Cancer
- Folliculitis
- Fungal scalp infections (e.g., Kerion and Favus)
- Hashimoto's thyroiditis
-harm due to cosmetic proceducre
-self treated Acne/pimple or marks
- Lichen plano pilaris (LPP)
- More than five sessions of Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment
- Undergone a hair transplant
- Psoriasis and eczema
- Seborrheic dermatitis
- Scarring alopecia
- Tinea capitis
- Trichotillomania
- How to Request a Refund
Send an email to treeheartinc@gmail.com with your order number within 30 (thirty) days following your 5th or 8th month order.
- General Guidelines
- Please allow our team 4-5 working days to evaluate your refund eligibility and escalate your request for a detailed review by the relevant department. During this time, we might reach out to you for further information or request additional documents to aid in the evaluation.
- Once your refund eligibility is confirmed following our review, we will initiate the refund process within 15 (fifteen) working days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method for prepaid transactions. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will proceed with the refund after receiving your bank details.
Please expect 5 to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. Be aware that refund processing times can vary due to factors like bank policies or other external circumstances.
